Eva-Lotta teaches meditation from her heart and in tune with what is now,  with different techniques, sometimes just allowing everything to be as it is.

Anders ~ Gong Bath
Anders teaches Kundaliniyoga and has also chosen to deepen within the tradition of sound and sound healing that you find in this form of yoga. He is fascinated by the way sounds and vibrations effect the body. Starting out with a huge grounding Earth gong he has then complemented with other gongs as well as singing bowls, sound stone, seashell and a Shruti box.
During a gong bath Anders plays intuitively, often using different instruments, where the sounds create a concert of vibrating sound waves opening for a deep rest and relaxation.
These vibrations have a very healing and balancing effect on the body, which often feels regenerated and very relaxed after the gong bath.
